Grief Recovery Programs
Our programs are designed for those who have suffered the death of a significant person.
Grieving is a natural response to a loss in our life. Loss is a very painful experience. There is no formula for 'Good Grieving' nor a right or wrong way to grieve. The Grief Recovery Program will help you cope and adapt to your loss.
There are 3 aspects to the program:
- Information about normal, healthy grief.
- An opportunity to meet with others who have experienced a loss by death.
- 'Heartwork', to assist individuals move through their grief.
Programs offer the opportunity to meet in a group and begin to understand the grief process. The groups are led by facilitators with specialized training in grief support.
